Crew Leaders,
We’re down to two more gatherings before the end of the SZN! That means two more opportunities to gather, grow, and see lives changed this year! As we wrap up 2025, we’re already preparing for SZN 1 of 2026. You’ve been hearing about the Mid-SZN Check-In/Building Block Form, and this week you’ll start hearing about the Update Form and the Crew Leader Application too.
You might be wondering...why all the forms? Why does this matter?
The answer is simple: The Ripple Effect.
Your leadership creates ripples that reach farther than you can see. Yes, we gather, discuss sermons, eat together, hang out, and build relationships, but underneath all of that, there’s something deeper happening. Every “yes” matters.
When one person says yes to joining your Crew, that decision could shift the entire direction of their life. They experience community, hear stories of faith, encounter God, and that yes to Crew often becomes a yes to Jesus. From there, it spreads: to their family, coworkers, friends. One transformed life leads to another. That’s the ripple effect: the power of multiplication. It’s how the Gospel spreads through ordinary obedience and consistent leadership like yours.
That’s why we’re intentional about raising and sending new leaders. That’s why invitations matter. That’s why your consistency matters. The Crew you lead this week could spark generations of impact tomorrow.
This week, the Crew Leader Application goes live. Take time to think about 1–2 Building Blocks you’ve been investing in. Have the conversation. Encourage them. Release them to lead their own Crew next SZN. You may have 12 people in your Crew, but those someone in your crew could each reach 10–12 more that you might have not been able to reach. That’s how a fire spreads.
If you haven’t submitted your Mid-SZN Check-In/Building Block Form, connect with your Coach and turn it in this week. It helps us come alongside you, celebrate what God’s doing, and prepares our team to empower more leaders through your how you have invested in their leadership and spiritual journey.
We’ve got two more chances to gather this year! Let’s make them count! Let’s keep leading strong, loving deeply, and believing that every moment together creates ripples that stretch far beyond what we can see.

Let's all make sure that we are turning in our Crew Reports and Headcounts right after your crew is done. Let's not wait for someone to text us a day or couple days after your crew is over to submit your report and your headcount.

Thanksgiving is around the corner, and we’re getting ready for one of our favorite days of the year: I Love My City Thanksgiving Bash and VOUS Bowl.
This year, our goal is to bless 2,000 families with turkeys and meal kits. You can help by bringing meal kit items to any Sunday location or dropping them off at VOUS Miami Gardens, Monday through Thursday, until November 20. Every item you bring helps set the table for someone in need.
