SZN 2 - WK 1

Let's Have the Best SZN YET

Well, it's finally that time. Whether this is your first time leading a crew or you've been leading for a while, I want to just say,

Welcome to SZN 2!

Coming off a great Sunday where all day we got to invite to people in our lobbies and courtyards to our crews, and after a long April, I'm so happy to gather with in crew this week! The SZN is finally here!!!

I was thinking about some of the things that we say in Crews, "Life is Better in Community" and "Where Strangers Become Friends". I begin to think of the many ways my life has been changed for the better because I was invited to a crew, because my crew leader reached out during the week before my crew, because my crew leaders created a space where I felt seen, heard, and loved. And wen I started to think about these things, I started to think about how I can do the same thing for the people that we will be gathering with this week! Personally invite that coworker to crew, send encouragements to your groupchats. Take time and pray over your crew and prepare for the gathering. Don't just meet with your crew, hang with your crew, make people feel welcome when they enter into crew. And lastly, show God's love to everyone that shows, or even the person that might not have been able to make it to crew this week. It makes a difference, it changes lives, and I know because our leaders do that for us and now we are leading in this space!

REMINDERS:

- Make sure every Monday morning, you are taking time to read these announcements. There will be encouragements, tips on different aspects of leading, important events for the next 2 weeks, and etc.

- Always remember, Crew Reports and Crew Headcounts are due the night of your crew! If you need a refresher on how to submit your Crew Report and headcount, go to the announcement below for a link to an instructional video.

- When people sign up for your crew, please reach back out to them within 3 hours of them signing up! You personally telling them that you are excitied they are coming to your crew goes a very long way!

- Lastly, have fun while leading!

I truly believe it's going to be a great SZN! Lives will be changed, healing will happen, and people will come closer to God in crews! Lets have a great SZN 2!

Welcome to SZN 2

Crew Headcounts and Crew Reports are due the night of your crew

Let's all make sure that we are turning in our Crew Reports and Headcounts right after your crew is done. Let's not wait for someone to text us a day or couple days after your crew is over to submit your report and your headcount.
