What am I doing personally to help us improve organizationally?

‍As leaders, it's important that we are continually looking for opportunities to improve. Change isn't always comfortable — it's crucial. Our mission and vision hinge on our ability to lean into the moment. Don't wait to inspect tomorrow what you could improve today. Imitate. Innovate. Evaluate. Repeat!
