Reflect and Reset

Resources, Leadership, and Ways to Connect

Over the past several weeks we’ve taken a look at three areas that, when gone unchecked, can cause us to quit too soon — fatigue, fear, and loss of conviction. My hope is that you have taken time each week to reflect on where you find yourself. Maybe you struggle with finding time to rest, maybe you find yourself staring fear in the face, or maybe you’ve been working on defining your convictions. Above all, I hope you are encouraged — there’s room to grow! You have everything it takes to make meaningful adjustments, that compounded over time, result in lasting leadership.

Below are some additional questions for reflection:

  • What brings you rest?
  • What do you believe about rest?
  • Where are you afraid?
  • What is your current response to fear?
  • What’s an area of your life where you can create clearer convictions?
  • What’s a new conviction you have, and how has it helped you?
  • What is one problem you were crying about last year, that you have overcome?
  • What is one area you struggled in last year, where you have grown?

‘The most dangerous position we can be in, is when there is no trial.’ — @richwilkersonjr

The pressure you feel is producing perseverance. Instead of going around the hard times, go through them. It’s always too soon to quit.
